The Haunted Scarecrow - Concept

This is what happens when I get insomnia apparently! I couldn't sleep so I decided to start doodling concepts for potential models to create and I suddenly got hooked on the idea of a game where people all wore masks and there’s weird monsters out in the world that try to deceive you.

This concept started off by me wanting to draw a character who’s mask was a hat and scarf. From there, the design started to get more battered and disjointed until a scarecrow type being was made!

The reasoning for all the patchwork on his clothes was that I found colouring him to be slightly dull so I forced more colour onto the guy!

I think I'd like to model this one when I have the time
